Rules for sellers

List of prohibited services and goods for sale

1. Any goods and services that violate the laws of the Russian Federation, the USA, Canada, the Commonwealth of Independent States, and the European Union.
2. Any stolen digital goods.
3. Any databases with personal data.
4. Products or services intended to deceive users or government agencies (identity documents, etc.).
5. Goods and services that violate privacy.
6. Trojan programs and virus software.
7. Programs or scripts for hacking and unauthorized acquisition of information.
8. Products with advertising from third-party resources.
9. Products or services related to financial fraud and scams.
10. Products or services related to narcotic substances.
11. DDoS services.
12. Products or services of a pornographic or erotic nature.
13. Products that violate copyright.
14. Products related to or affecting the rights of US or Canadian citizens, their relatives and other dependents.

Rules for Conducting a Dispute

1. If a dispute arises, the buyer is obliged to clearly describe their claims to the product within the warranty period and provide evidence, such as photos or videos. If neither the buyer nor the seller (in the case of manual delivery of the product) provide evidence, the dispute will be considered invalid.
2. Video files can be provided by uploading them to any convenient file sharing service (youtube.com, mega.nz, gofile.io and others) and providing a link in the dialogue.
3. If none of the parties is active in negotiations within 24 hours, the dispute is considered closed, and the decision is made in favor of the last participant who responded to the request.
4. Insults of any kind are prohibited.
5. Purchasing a quantity of goods in excess of the quantity that you can check during the warranty period is not a reason for extending the warranty period; buy goods in the quantity that you are able to check and provide evidence of the problem during the warranty period.
6. The platform does not allow reopening a dispute once it has been completed, regardless of the reason.
7. The dispute lasts 24 hours without the participation of the administration. After this time, both the buyer and the seller have the opportunity to invite the administration. The administrator will intervene in the dispute to clarify its causes and familiarize themselves with the information provided in advance by both parties.
8. Dissemination of information from a dispute outside the platform in favor of third parties who do not have an agreement with the platform, as well as discussion of disputes in a dialogue with them, are violations of the platform rules. In such cases, the account of the user who was noticed disseminating information is blocked.
