-
Submission of Claims:
In case of a dispute, the buyer must clearly describe their claims regarding the product within the warranty period and provide evidence (such as photos or videos). If neither the buyer nor the seller (in manual delivery cases) provides evidence, the dispute will be considered invalid. -
Providing Evidence:
Video files can be submitted by uploading them to any convenient file-sharing service (e.g., youtube.com, mega.nz, gofile.io) and sharing the link in the dialogue. -
Dispute Resolution Process:
If no party is active in negotiations within 24 hours, the dispute is considered closed, and the decision is made in favor of the last participant who responded. -
Prohibition of Insults:
Insults of any kind are strictly prohibited. -
Warranty Limitations:
Purchasing a quantity of goods that exceeds the amount one can thoroughly inspect during the warranty period does not extend the warranty period. Buyers should purchase quantities they are able to check and for which they can provide evidence of any issues. -
Finality of Disputes:
The platform does not allow reopening a dispute once it has been resolved, regardless of the reason. -
Administrative Involvement:
A dispute lasts 24 hours without administrative participation. After this period, either the buyer or the seller may invite an administrator to intervene, review the evidence provided by both parties, and help resolve the issue. -
Confidentiality:
Disseminating information from a dispute outside the platform in favor of third parties without an agreement, or discussing disputes with them, is a violation of the platform rules and will result in account blocking.
Administration's right to individual blocking
The platform administration reserves the right to block user accounts or restrict access to the functionality on an individual basis, even if the user's actions do not formally violate the current rules. This right applies in cases where the user's behavior:
– Creates a threat to the security of the platform or other participants;
– Violates the principles of good faith (for example, attempts to manipulate ratings, circumvent restrictions);
– Undermines trust in the platform (spreading misinformation, abusing technical capabilities).
The decision to block is made on the basis of an internal analysis and can be appealed through the support service
